    VACATION RENTAL DESCRIPTION                                    

    The Grand Lagoon is newly  built (2006), fully air-conditioned with a floridian design decor.  It boasts a fantastic open layout giving it a bright airy feel.  The great room is the heart of this home with a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas (kitchen nook and formal dining area) and the family/entertainment center with an overhead fan, a comfortable sofa sleeper and loveseat, TV with cable, DVD/VCR player, CD/radio stereo, video games, DVD/VHS movies, CD's and board games - all the comforts  of home.  The great room leads out to the pool area, which features  a covered lanai with  an overhead, dropped ceiling fan/light, table/chairs, lounge chairs and oversized deck with a large screened-in heated pool (30 ft x 15 ft).  For your family's protection there is a removable child-proof mesh fence that spans the entire length of the pool and optional alarmed door leading to the pool alerting you if the door has been opened.  Enjoy the pool where the sun shines all day until it sets in the western skies, or take cover from the sun in the lanai area where the overhead fan provides a cool breeze for soothing relaxation and great for al-fresco dining.  For you convenience there is direct access to the master suites' bathroom from the pool area.

    There are four bedrooms.  The first master suite includes exceptional quality king size bedding, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, glass sliding doors leading to the pool and en-suite bathroom which also leads to the pool area.  The second master suite inclues the same exceptional quality queen size bedding, closet, ceiling fan and full en-suite bathroom.  Two double twin bedrooms both have closets and share a full bathroom with a fun colorful sealife decor.  A game room comes complete with carpeted floors, a pool table, air-hockey table, and a dart board.  A full laundry facility-washer and gas dryer.  All bedrooms have a television with cable.  The master suite also includes a DVD player.  There is free optional home security alarm with 24/7 monitoring.  A telephone in the kitchen.

     

    AREA DESCRIPTION

    The Aviana Resort Community is located on route US17-92, 5 minutes from Champion Gates (exit 58 on 1-4) and Rte 27.  Champion Gates includes a golf course,the Omni hotel, an outdoor shopping mall wth a large supermarket, Walgreen, several restaurants/takeout and many different specialty stores to satisfy most shoppers.  15 minutes away from Disney World and minutes away from many other major attractions.  30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. 

    Directions:

    From Orlando International Airport take Route 528 west to I-4 southwest toward Tampa.  Get off at exit 58.  At the end of ramp make right at stop sign.  Go straight through Champions Gate and continue to the end.  Make a left onto Ronald Reagan Parkway (Route 54) and continue straight until the end.  Make a right turn on route US 17-92.  The Aviana entrance is about 1/4 mile down on the right side.  Make right into Aviana and proceed to security check point where you will make a left.  At stop sign ahead continue straight down Paloma Drive.  The Villa is on your right.  Please follow speed limits which are strictly enforced!!
